Foreign exchange may be availed for permitted business travel purposes such as attending meetings, conferences, training programs, or official visits.

- Passport of traveller
- Company incorporation documents
- Company PAN
- Authorisation letter from authorised signatory
- Request letter specifying foreign exchange requirement
